SENIOR JAVA/FULLSTACK DEVELOPER

1. Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications using best practices and industry standards.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and create technical specifications.

3. Develop, test, and deploy applications using cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

4. Implement and optimize web applications using React.js or Next.js, ensuring a seamless user experience.

5. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues in existing applications.

6. Continuously improve software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and performance tuning.

7. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

8. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend improvements to the development process.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. 7+ years of experience in Java development, Core Java, Spring boot, microservices.

3. Strong proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

4. Extensive experience with React.js or Next.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.

5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

8. Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
